The Lab Support Rep provides a multitude of services for clients, patients and staff within the Laboratory as outlined below:
**Education**

High school education or the equivalent. Formal training as medical assistant and/or in medical coding preferred.

**Experience**

Experience in laboratory related area or medical provider office preferred.

**Skills**

Demonstrated manual dexterity and good communication skills. Must satisfactorily complete on-the-job training provided by the supervisor within the probationary period, unless extension is granted by the laboratory manager. Passing score on data entry test and medical terminology test required.

Day shift hours as needed. 5:00AM - 1:30PM with every other weekend and holidays. Training schedule during day shift 5:00AM-1:30PM for 12 weeks.
