Work Schedule:

- Must be available: Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Typical Schedule is 4 days a week, 10-hours per day. Days may vary depending on job deadlines.

Job Duties:

- Working with vendors - ordering supplies, searching for the best prices on tools, materials, safety supplies, etc. Coordinating delivery and working with site leads to ensure projects have all their materials ordered and delivered on time.
- MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Proficiency with computers is required. Most work will be done with a laptop.
- Clerical tasks: filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Document preparation: creating templates for estimates, bids, etc. and assisting Project Estimator.
- Taking minutes on meetings.
- Separating receipts by job site & type of purchase for the Lead Accountant.
- Customer service: greeting visitors, clients, and staff, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Confidentiality: handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.

**Requirements**:

- Driver's License and transportation to / from office or job site office.
- Must work well with others.
- Conscientious and dependable.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
