**Summary/Objective**:
Under general supervision, the Assistant Contract Administrator performs most routine administration work on contracts, provisions, terms and conditions, and special requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures. Assist in coordinating materials and agreement documents related to bids or contracts. Acts as liaison between the organization and subcontractors to implement the contracts. Maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Contract Administrator will interact with various levels of management to coordinate service contract changes, provide information to resolve problems, and ensure proper contractual analysis.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Legal Department with contract administration functions and duties relating to various types of contracts, agreements, bid proposals, and vendor enrollment.
- Create, maintain, and evaluate contractual documents, files, reports, and other appropriate documents to ensure completeness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Handle both internal and external requests for the status of contracts.
- Execute company contract execution policy and procedures are followed.
- Support the life cycle of company contracts (from first request to final signature and contract distribution).
- Knowledge of essential public purchasing and contract administration principles and practices.
- Assist in-state licenses and city permit registration.
- Assist in litigation discovery processes.
- Other tasks as may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Business Administration, etc., or other similar or commensurate experience.
- Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Strong familiarity with Service Level Agreements and Master Agreements experience is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract administration
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates, and other contractual deadlines.

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift-up to fifteen pounds (15 lbs.) at times.
