Remote Call Center Sales Representative

We are looking for a Remote Sales Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its potential customers. Reps are the voice of our company, they connect our customers with our affiliates, and make sure that they are provided the best service possible. Customers have applied online and are assigned to you. NO COLD CALLING All of your leads are prequalified customers looking for what you have to offer and ready to go.

**Compensation**:
$16.00 per hour plus commission

(with commissions average pay is $17-$18 per hour)

Day shift only, full time.

**Equipment**:
We supply all equipment, you will only need to supply a reliable high speed internet connection. You will need space to use a complete dual monitor and desktop setup.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, provide accurate information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Quickly identify which of our affiliates can help a customer
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team quotas and targets

**Skills**
- Minimum 1 year of phone based Collections, Customer Service or Sales experience required.
- Previous high volume call experience required
- Must be extremely comfortable with computers including multiple monitor setups
- Excellent oral communication and active listening skills a must
- Team oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated, excellent time management skills when working from home
- Must be receptive to feedback
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
