Optima Machinery USA Corporation is looking for a Service Support Admin to assist the team with daily tasks supporting the traveling service team. Optima is a sales and support team for Optima packaging equipment in Schwaebisch Hall, Germany.

**Service Support Administrative Job Responsibilities**:
**Essential Functions**
- Collect and enter service timesheets into SAP on a weekly basis.
- Arrange transportation and lodging for service technicians, SAMS, and other office members as needed.
- Generating service estimates based upon reference expense reports and timesheets in an overflow capacity.
- Issue invoices through SAP; distribute to customers and utilize the customers’ preferred invoicing platform in an overflow capacity.
- Communicate with service account managers and other travelers as needed.
- Assist managers with data tracking for reporting.

**Competencies**
- Detail-orientated
- Proficient math skills
- SAP Experience beneficial - not required
- Proficient in Excel
- Adequate communication skills

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**

This is a full-time, hourly position. The “core” hours of work are between 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

**Required Education and Experience**

1) Technical or Associate’s Degree

2) Proficient in Excel

Pay: $19.00 - $24.70 per hour
