**Job Title: Member Services / Receptionist**

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner and make every effort to remember their surnames
- Answer and manage the Club's main phone line, and monitor the Pacesetter App, taking messages and transferring calls as needed
- Maintain and update the daily dining and club event reservations in ForeTees
- Assist with word processing functions, such as creating place cards for dining and club event reservations
- Complete new member vetting, ensuring background checks are completed
- Assist with coordinating the monthly member cocktail party and welcome all attendees
- Complete all member mailings and coordinate with FedEx and UPS regarding pickups and deliveries
- Complete all kid’s camp registrations and confirm weekly reservations
- Use Club-specific software to assist members in answering questions regarding reservations for dining, golf, tennis, kids activities, etc.
- Offer member services, including scanning, copying, and mailing
- Order all office supplies
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Membership Experience and Department Heads as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Membership Experience
- Is responsible for knowing MVCC employee policies and procedures and working by the MVCC core values
- Perform any other duties or requests assigned by the Director of Membership Experience, Clubhouse Manager, or General Manager
- Maintain regular attendance on Mesa Verde Country Club property

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to engage with members as well as staff and be especially empathetic to the needs of both constituents; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
