Member Services / Receptionist at Mesa Verde Country Club

**Position**: Member Services / Receptionist

**Location**: Costa Mesa, CA

**Pay Range**: $20-$26 per hour

Mesa Verde Country Club, a premier private club, is dedicated to providing exceptional member experiences and quality facilities. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Member Services / Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of turning moments into memories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage the Club's main phone line and Pacesetter App.
- Update and maintain dining and event reservations in ForeTees.
- Assist with word processing and administrative tasks.
- Complete new member vetting and update member information.
- Coordinate monthly member cocktail parties.
- Manage mailings and kid's camp registrations.
- Provide member services like scanning, copying, and mailing.
- Maintain reception area appearance.
- Support the Director of Membership Experience and other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Country Club experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ForeTees and Jonas experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License; CPR/AED certification preferred.
