Construction Administrative Assistant
- **Job Overview**:_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Assist project managers with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence, prepares certify payroll.
- Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Track project expenses, process invoices, and maintain budget records.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other project-related documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory for the construction team.
- Assist in maintaining safety records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Required Certify payroll document preparation.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or construction management are advantageous.
