**What you need**:

- Three to five years of proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Lead and supervise administrative projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution.

**What you will do**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and team members.
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee and maintain office procedures, including managing records and efficient systems as well as be the main point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff as required.
