Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and committed front desk receptionist for our dental office with excellent customer service skills. As a front desk receptionist you will be responsible for helping patients with their bookings and payments

**Duties**:

- Communicate with patients for bookings, questions, payments, follow ups,...
- Verifying insurances, checking insurance benefits
- Collecting payments
- Submitting claims and following up on them
- Communicating treatment plans with patients

No previous experience is required and all the training will be provided

Preferring knowing spanish

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Basic understanding of phone etiquette
- Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
