GoFundMe is a global community of over 150 million people who come together every day with the common purpose of helping one another. Our mission is to help people help each other through our best in class technology. In 2022, GoFundMe joined together with Classy, a leading nonprofit fundraising software company that enables nonprofits to connect supporters with the causes they care about. Together, we have empowered people and organizations to raise more than $30 billion since 2010. Our vision is to become the most helpful place in the world.

We're on a mission to make GoFundMe the undisputed champion of fundraising success. As our Staff Product Manager, Organizer Success, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our organizer experience. You'll collaborate closely with the product team to develop and implement innovative tools that supercharge fundraising potential, and provide organizers with the data and resources they need to smash their goals.

**The Job**

In this hands-on role, you'll be a champion for our organizers. You'll use your expertise to:

This includes analyzing successful campaigns, identifying pain points in the fundraising process, and understanding diverse fundraising goals.
- **Translate insights into product strategy**: Define user stories, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with the overall fundraising success roadmap.

**Champion innovative fundraising tools**: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features that empower organizers to raise more money. This could involve tools for:

- **Targeted donor outreach**: Provide data-driven insights and segmentation tools to help organizers reach the right donors with the right message.
- **Frictionless giving experiences**: Optimize the donation process to remove barriers and encourage higher donation amounts.
- **Engaging fundraising campaigns**: Develop features that gamify fundraising and incentivize donor engagement, like team fundraising leaderboards or progress trackers.
- **Own product development lifecycle**: Manage the product development lifecycle for assigned features, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless product launch and a unified organizer experience across all platforms.
- **Data-driven decision making**: Analyze data to measure the impact of new features on campaign performance and user engagement. Define success metrics and iterate on features based on results.
- **Be a voice for the organizer**: Advocate for the needs of organizers within the organization and ensure their perspective is represented in all product decisions.

**You**
- A passionate product manager (minimum 5 years of experience) with a proven track record of shipping impactful features.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and empowering tools for fundraising success.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions focused on improving campaign performance.
