**Your Salary & Perks**: In addition to mileage reimbursement, this career will start with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour **plus a strong sales commission** structure leads you to a starting annual salary potential of **high $50k - high $60k/year** to start, or more depending on your community and performance. You will receive a $650 clothing allowance for your wardrobe, $450 wardrobe each subsequent year, $100/month cellphone reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, annual bonuses and raises, a variety of benefits plans, a 401k with company match, training and much more.
