About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional to join our team at Sares-Regis Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our beautiful 216-unit community, FountainGlen Terra Vista, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain their needs and qualifications.
  • Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss the size and layout of rooms, available facilities, and terms of lease.
  • Qualify prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork.
  • Complete lease forms or agreements and collect rental deposits and application fees.
  • Introduce residents to apartment/property procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team.
  • Ability to work weekends.
