EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware and software

• Experience with local and remote printing

• Knowledge of VPN setup and management (client and server)

• Expertise in Outlook/Office 365 configuration

• Strong foundation in Technical Support principles

• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive movements

• Capability to lift and carry items up to 50lbs as required
