**Responsibilities**:

- Graduate from Fulcrum / PLACE Launch
- Execute lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes for clients
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct four open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly Power-Ups and build consultation skills to team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and jointly market homes
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

**Qualifications**:
Be an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You should have excellent rapport-building skills, active listening abilities, and the ability to identify simple solutions to complex problems. Prospecting and lead generation should be your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
