R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and qualified individual for an analyst position for headquarters-level real property (RP) and real estate (RE) management in support of a Department of Defense client. This is an ideal opportunity for a transitioning military or federal government employee with RP/RE experience. Work is located on-site in a government facility, with the possibility of hybrid/remote work if approved by the client.

Duties:

Key job tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Professionally engage senior Government and Military leaders.
  • Analyze and maintain real estate data and real estate instruments for a federal customer.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of data across multiple systems.
  • Analyze real estate transfers and reassignments for compliance.
  • Manage real property and real estate transaction records affected by construction projects.
  • Coordinate with multiple customers and related stakeholders for data management and policy assistance in real property and real estate.
  • Review higher-level policies for understanding and applicability.
  • Develop information and position papers.
  • Develop and teach programs of instruction on federal real estate policy, procedures, and systems.
  • Support other real property and real estate management professionals.
  • Cross-train in real estate and real property management functions.
  • Participate as required in Service-wide policy meetings and relevant events on behalf of the client.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, but a college degree is preferred.
  • Five years of experience with real property or real estate management for a large organization, preferably a Department of Defense organization.
  • High level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, including MS Access, Excel, and SharePoint. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Army installation and real property systems (GFEBS, HQIIS, RPLANS, ISR) is desired.
  • Understanding of different types and uses of constructed facilities.
  • High level of customer support and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to perform as an effective team member in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to teach other professionals in a formal setting is required.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and proven data and policy analysis skills.
  • Proficient writing skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven and documented success in completing objectives under challenging conditions.
  • We are seeking career-minded individuals desiring long-term employment with R&K.
  • Travel within the continental United States and its four Territories is infrequent but may be required.
