Real Estate Agent - Zillow Flex - Coaching Provided

Do you want to learn how to thrive in the shifting market? The Redux Group, a Zillow Premier Partner, is currently looking for a high-producing real estate agent in Northern Virginia specializing in serving our internet clients.


Join a team that is achievement-oriented yet engaging, supportive, family-like, and fun We will train and coach you as well as provide leads every month to help you become a massively successful Agent. Most of all, we will help you take ground during this market shift

PLEASE NOTE: Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area

Compensation:

$129,000+ commission based income

Responsibilities:
  • Engage, cultivate, and convert new contacts into buyer clients
  • Guide buyers through an end-to-end buying process to find the best property for their needs
  • Educate clients about relevant market changes, neighborhoods, financing options, and general information necessary to make a decision in the ever-changing real estate landscape
  • Actively work with team members to grow market share and positive team reputation
Qualifications:
  • Active Virginia Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining it)
  • Interest in and drive to learn how to be a top producing agent through our exceptional BootCamp, Mentorship Program, and ongoing coaching and training
  • Availability for full-time real estate work)
  • Sales and real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area
