Event Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the growth of the office
- Maintain clean and orderly marketing kits.
- Actively engage customers and generate warm leads for our appointment setters.
- Maintain a clean and orderly booth at our events.
- Prepare and distribute food samples.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Must be available to work events on the weekends (Fri-Sun and select Thursdays)
- Weekday availability is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing and able to travel within the established territory.
- Must be flexible and willing to move to cover multiple events in a day for quality control and training purposes
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to keep a schedule.
- Must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Must be comfortable and enjoy engaging the public and marketing our product
- Must be able to stand for event shift.
- Must be able to keep a schedule and meet deadlines
- Must have a driver’s license and a dedicated vehicle.
- Must have computer access and a smart phone with GPS

**Salary and Bonus Structure**
- $17 per hour for working the events.
- $25 to set up and $25 to take down an event. This includes retrieving materials.
- Travel compensation at $17 per hour one way. To include travel to pick up samples and distribute marketing materials when necessary.
- Weekly production bonuses for leads, appointments and sales.
- $25 show find bonus for new shows that you book completely with paperwork and payment request.
