While also providing Right-of-Way and mapping services. Our primary goal is to offer the highest level of service by incorporating new technology.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking to add a qualified senior management professional to assist in the growth and operational development of our land development/civil services department.
- Oversee and assist managers and professional land surveyors in managing the department, team, or projects.
- Responsible for growth and development of the department in Dallas, San Antonio, or Houston area depending on applicants’ location.
- Responsible for creating business plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensuring managers and PLS are adhering to policies and complying with legal and company requirements.
- Must be able to manage relationships between all shareholders and be a results-driven individual with the capability to develop future work from existing clients while adding new clients to our network.
- Required to oversee department performance.
- Ensuring that managers and other team members have the resources needed to be successful.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to the team for optimal performance and expediency.
- The ability to manage a magnitude of people across different regions of the country.

**Jobs Skills & Qualifications Required**:

- Land Development and/or civil services experience is a must.
- Licensed Land Surveyor in Texas
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- 5 + years of project management experience
- Strong communication skills & technical aptitude
