About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development team at LVI Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex land development projects from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Site Planning and Design: Oversee the development of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, and engineering construction documents.
  • Client Development: Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional clients, identifying new business opportunities and growing our land development client base.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience in land development project management.
  • Licenses and Certifications: PE License in California.
