We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development team at LVI Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex land development projects from conceptualization to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Site Planning and Design: Oversee the development of site plans, site designs, roadway designs, grading and drainage systems, and storm water pollution prevention plans.
- Client Development: Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional clients, identifying new business opportunities and growing our land development client base.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience in land development project management.
- Licenses and Certifications: PE License in California.
- Competitive Compensation: Annual salary range of $165,000 - $195,000.
