Job File Coordinator

SERVPRO® is a leader in fire and water restoration. We are growing our team and seeking a Job File Coordinator. The Job File Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and maintaining accurate records. This will be achieved by:
**1.** Job File Documentation
a. Prepare job paperwork for Crew/Estimator: Verify all appropriate documentation is sent to loss sites
b. Review and validate field documentation
c. Perform daily job file coordination and review with crew chiefs and estimators
d. Communicate with homeowners and insurance professionals to capture and share information.
**2.** Job File Communication and Reporting
a. Maintain internal communications
b. Maintain external communications
c. Prepare job file reports
**3.** Job File Communication and Reporting
a. Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process
b. Complete job file audit process (will be trained)
**4.** Other Tasks:
b. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
c. Assistance with social media accounts
- Polite, with excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
- Multi
- tasker
- Self-starter
- Comfortable in a small office setting.
- Experience in restoration or construction is a plus.**
Hours
- 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
- 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
