**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Coordinator trains and develops the logistics team regarding the quality and accuracy of inventory, orders filled/received, and cycle counts. The Logistics Coordinator leads logistics associates to meet company standards for safety, security, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Areas of training responsibility include picking, packing, checking, and loading customer orders, receiving inbound orders, and cycle count.

**Responsibilities**:
**Timely/Accurate Shipments**
- Audit outbound orders for accuracy of quality, quantity, and kind.
- Achieve and maintain inventory accuracy to contribute to effective and efficient picking.
- Achieve and maintain inventory accuracy to support commitments made to customers.

**Safe Workplace**
- Maintain a 5S workplace (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain)
- Conduct operations in compliance with all OSHA requirements.
- Conduct operations in a manner that actively promotes safety.

**Satisfied Customers**
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, free of damage, and processed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory.
- Efficiently turnaround Will Call customers to minimize wait time.
- Repackage material as necessary.

**Efficient Workplace**
- Continuously improve processes and use data to measure/validate improvements.
- Meet minimum requirements for number of cycle counts completed each month, bin accuracy, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain established service levels for processing returns and inbound receipts, making sure the facility is customer-tour and count-ready at all times.
- With Logistics Manager and Logistics Supervisor, hold associates accountable to very high standards of housekeeping
- Ensure proper location of product based on pick velocity and proximity to like product, maintaining single location-per-SKU whenever possible and ensuring no more than one open unit/carton of any SKU.
- Maintain proper labeling of products and locations.
- Update Pronto with UPC codes as appropriate.
- Independently and with the assistance of staff, constantly monitor inventory for damaged product(s) and immediately cull any damages that are discovered.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Accurate Transactions**
- Ensure the correct number and type of product is received, picked, packed and shipped
- Use RF device or appropriate system for all product movement scanning barcodes for data input
- Cycle count daily to validate the effectiveness of process steps to ensure accuracy

**Self-development**
- Accept and seek out opportunities to be cross-trained.
- Become proficient in as many tasks as possible.
- Become proficient in tasks specific to enabling acting as a backup to Logistics Manager.

**Work Relationships/Team Work**
- Build effective working relationships within and across departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1 - 3 years prior experience in Logistics Operations.
- Forklift Certified.

**Physical Requirements/Environment**:

- Warehouse/yard environment.
- Must be able to work in severe weather conditions (heat and cold).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
