Administrative Assistant

Location: Pinellas Park, Florida.

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday. In-office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a keen eye for organization and a passion for keeping our HubSpot CRM system updated. This role is crucial to our business operations and will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant at MGE, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating our HubSpot CRM system, ensuring that it remains a vital tool for our sales and marketing teams. You will work closely with our other members of the team to gather and input data, manage customer information, and support the day-to-day activities that help our organization run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly update and maintain the HubSpot CRM system with accurate and current information.
- Input, validate, and organize contact data, including leads, prospects, and customer records.
- Monitor and manage contact lists and tagging within HubSpot.
- Assist in data cleaning and deduplication efforts to maintain data integrity.
- Provide basic training and support to team members using HubSpot.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve CRM processes and contribute to overall business efficiency.
- You will oversee multiple functions within the organization that will help us deliver our product more effectively.
- Helping with customer reception and answering incoming calls.
- Aid with mass mailing letters to customers across the country.
- Help with audio-visual support of seminars conducted in our office, for virtual attendees.
- Other administrative functions.

Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in administrative support or a similar role is a plus.
- Proven experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus.

How to Apply:
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
