**Job Summary**:
A position within the Executive Accounts Division at G&G Outfitters that will support current Sales Executives and help manage and grow the business. You will be trained in the Promotional Merchandise Industry and eCommerce while calling on Fortune 500 companies. This position involves executing and tracking orders through the entire order life cycle and requires a very well-organized individual who can track multiple tasks while ensuring all deadlines are met. This position is 100% onsite.

- None.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Sourcing of promotional merchandise.
- Project management and owning workflow of existing orders.
- Organize order entry, purchasing, production and ensure successful completion of orders to customers satisfaction and compliance.
- Work with promotional merchandise vendor to source and create new ideation for our client base.
- Provide timely feedback and flow of information between the customer, vendors and internal departments to ensure successful and timely completion and delivery of the order.
- Form relationships with current clients to ensure complete client satisfaction.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office Software: Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Familiarity with graphic design concepts, layouts, and visual aesthetics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work quickly and make logical smart decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pay excellent attention to detail and follow up.
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred)
- 1+ years’ Experience in sales support or order management
**Physical Requirements**:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to access all areas of the facility to work with the production staff.
