Your impact:
- Serve as the key contact responsible for building strong relationships and trust with clients.
- Monitor performance and recommend program optimization opportunities.
- Interpret both qualitative and quantitative research to solve client challenges.
- Complete and deliver integrated media campaign plans based on budget goals provided by client/partners.
- Produce client performance reports.
- Plan and participate in client meetings.
- 5+ years of agency experience working in the fundraising sector or client direct marketing fundraising experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced knowledge of direct marketing performance metrics required.
- Ability to manage day-to-day program execution for multiple clients.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office software.
