***: The Marketing Operations for Solar Tech, under the direction of the Director
Marketing, will play a pivotal role in supporting lead generation efforts through lead tracking and lead
management for the Company. They will work closely with sales, marketing, and external agencies to
monitor paid lead generation campaigns. Their job is to monitor the company’s lead generation and
follow up activities to increase sales while creating a positive brand presence. They enable the sales
team through sales support activities including platform training, proposal packaging, and CRM data
entry. They will help manage automated marketing tools and software used in the funnel as well as
track and report on KPIs.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
▪ Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams on lead generation
initiatives, effective lead nurturing strategies, and aged lead retargeting campaigns.
▪ Implement nurturing and retargeting campaigns.
▪ Ensure sales associates are current with their follow up on incoming leads from various
sources, including website inquiries, events, referrals, and more.
▪ Provide sales support through CRM data entry, CRM training, proposal platform training,
proposal packaging, and Solar Tech University content development.
▪ Accurately enter lead information into the CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are
included to capture a 99% success rate.
▪ Maintain, update, and coordinate branding standards for Solar Tech, ensuring consistent
messaging across all marketing campaigns.
▪ Plan and coordinate Solar Tech participation in trade shows and events including registration,
booth particulars plus all logístical requirements, scheduling, and personnel attendance.
▪ Attend marketing events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the Solar Tech brand.
▪ Accrue and retain all leads generated from trade shows/events and imports this data into the
Solar Tech’s CRM system.
▪ Establish and maintain memberships in all appropriate trade organizations and industry
associations helping to assess effectiveness for future decisions regarding ongoing
memberships and participation.
▪ Act as administrator for automated marketing campaign software, CRM and other tools in
funnel
▪ Drive efficiency of systems and processes particularly for lead management protocols and
workflows. Identify improvement to enhance conversion rates and efficiency.
▪ Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and performance KPI’s.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Expected Behaviors
**Required**:
▪ 2-4 Years as a Digital Marketing Coordinator/Assistant or similar position
▪ AA Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business,
related discipline, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, or experience
▪ Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM or automated marketing campaign tools
▪ Ability to analyze data and build accurate, consumable, and actionable reports.
▪ Understanding of inbound/outbound marketing strategies and practices
▪ Basic understanding of SEO concepts
PPC/YouTube
▪ Ability to build rapport and interact effectively with personnel at all levels within the Company
and with vendors and business partners.
▪ Demonstrates ethical behavior and good judgment, including the ability to maintain
confidentiality.
▪ Effective listening, verbal, and written communications skills
▪ Good problem-solving skills
▪ Effective time and project management skills
▪ Flexible with the ability to successfully manage ever-changing priorities as necessary.
▪ Portrays the Company in a highly professional manner both inside and outside of the office.
▪ PC proficient with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and
Outlook)
▪ Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
▪ Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen.
▪ Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required with clean DMV record
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
