This position monitors and ensures security deposits held by the Aviation Department are compliant with tenants’ agreement terms. Responsibilities include periodically calculating the security deposit requirements per agreement and advising customers, and ensuring payments are received timely. This position monitors performance bonds and letter of credits received in lieu of cash are conform with the Department’s standard language and terms. This position reconciles customer accounts, ensuring customer balances are current and accurate, payments are correctly applied per customer instructions, and any payment deficiencies identified are communicated to the customer and collected timely.
