Growth centric opportunity for an individual to partner the CFO with all aspects of finance. This includes ad-hoc projects such as system upgrades, implementation of process, introduction of AI and automation into finance.


The CFO is a very supportive individual who is seeking a passionate Senior Accountant who wants to learn and be hands on.


Responsibilities include:


  • Monthly close including supporting the financial statement production
  • Analysis of the monthly financial statements
  • Business partnering with non financial stakeholders to articulate trends and performance
  • General ledger management and close including journal entries
  • Reconciliations including bank and balance sheet
  • Support the payables and receivables team when needed
  • Assist with the annual close process
  • Ad hoc projects including systems, automation and process improvement
  • Ad hoc reporting when required


Applicants must have:


  • 2+ years' of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (or similar field) is essential
  • Passionate and driven attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Have practical experience within a finance focused position
  • Be excited by technology and integration into finance - Not afraid of it
  • Be willing to work onsite in Hialeah near Miami International Airport


The organization have been in operation for a number of decades and boast strong liquidity and exciting 3-5 year plans. This position is a growth opportunity and the CFO is seeking someone who wants to develop.
