As a key member of Nuvation Bio’s Talent Acquisition Team, the Staff Talent Acquisition Partner is essential in helping Nuvation Bio grow. The Staff TAP understands that hiring the best talent defines your organization. They must develop, own and drive the recruiting strategy for all supporting roles. You will partner with the business as a talent advisor. The Staff Talent Acquisition Partner is expected to play a crucial role and contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and urgency towards achieving desired goals and outcomes.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Operates as a Talent Advisor, partnering with the business to drive all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Prepares for and conducts intake meeting with strong understanding of talent landscape, analytics, and recommendations for talent strategy
- Collaborates with Hiring Manager on a complete and logical sourcing strategy/plan
- Anticipates and proactively communicates recruiting activity and status to Hiring Managers and Business Partners
- Anticipates and proactively communicate recruiting updates HR Leaders and Business Partners
- Influence and improves recruiting process and metrics

**What Knowledge & Experience you'll bring to us...**:

- Typically requires a minimum of 10-12 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree
- Technical and/or Scientific recruiting experience with specific focus within Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology
- In house, full cycle recruiting preferred
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as a "Talent Advisor" to senior level business stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Excellent sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, Google, ATS applicant mining, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
