The Creative Team Assistant, reporting directly to the Creative Team Coordinator, will collaboration across multiple departments, including Creative, Production, Design, and Sales. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating sample sets and photo studio organization. This person will oversee all facets of sample organization, tracking, shipments, maintenance, and communication. Additionally, they will provide support during photoshoots by assisting the stylist with steaming and preparation, aiding the digital tech, and addressing crew needs.
**Responsibilities**:
Sample Management Ownership
- Gather, categorize, and steam samples in alignment with Line Sheets for Photo Shoots.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Design team to update sample logs quarterly.
- Develop shot lists for each Photo Shoot and ensure the list remains current and up to date.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive library of Marketing Samples, including unpacking, inventory management, replacement, and organization by delivery.
- Ensure samples are consistently cleaned, rearranged, and maintained in a state of readiness.
- Handle the shipping process, including packing, tracking, and receiving packages to and from the NY Showroom, with shipping duties distributed throughout each quarter and between assignments.
- Assist with event planning activities such as catering, packing, and general assistance throughout the year.
Studio Space Ownership
- Provide support during Photo Shoots by assisting the Stylist, Digitech, and managing catering orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Studio, Kitchen, and Shipping area by monitoring inventory levels and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked and readily accessible.
- Upload images to the server post-Photo Shoot, cross-checking style numbers with Line Sheets, and facilitating handoffs to the Pre-Production team.
- Reconcile expenses following each Photo Shoot.
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
- Previous experience in the fashion industry.
- Positive demeanor with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
