**Summary**:
Responsible for the independent delivery of administrative support as well as important information, analytic, governance and project tasks. Act as a reliable and confident interface for the team, able to combine the knowledge, excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation. Job will reflect 50/50 split between administrative work and P&O Projects. This role requires a combination of strong administrative skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing operations and flow of work within the function.

**About the Role**:
The location for this role will be East Hanover, NJ and follow a hybrid working schedule.

Your key responsibilities:

- Supports P&O People Partner Head and 5 other P&O leaders by independently taking care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes including independent writing of correspondence, preparation of presentation / communication drafts, appointment coordination, database administration
- Complexity regarding time zones in different countries for scheduling meetings will be required
- Supports travel related logistics
- Support related to site specifics, supplies, visitor access, shared space facilities matters
- Coordinates People Partner LT meeting rhythms, collates agenda items, coordinates meeting rooms
- Takes responsibility for the logistics associated with complex workshops and functional offsites
- Coordinates arrangements for developmental and capability building initiatives for the P&O Function
- Provides support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes across the organization
- Informs, advises, and supports the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department.
- Supports the onboarding of new associates to the team

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Additional certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in administration or support role is required.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws/regulations is required.
- Familiarity with HR software systems and tools is required.

Desirable:

- Basic understanding of project management principles to effectively contribute to special HR projects is preferred.
