As a Sales Coordinator you will be an important contributor to a global account team providing important support and developing an intimate understanding of Givaudan briefing and project management systems. You will also build professional relationships with both our teams and with account contacts in NOAM and Globally. Your Title: Sales Coordinator Your Location: East Hanover, NJ Reporting to: Senior Account Executive Main Responsibilities: Administrating support: • Administer creative briefings and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for submission to global account. • Support sales’ marketing needs (sourcing market products, information, fragrance kits etc) and assist for presentations and spe-cial projects. • Collaborate with commercial teams and other departments on the management of client events through execution of designated tasks. Ensure client comfort and manage logistics during visits to Givaudan by clients. Communication: • Communicate to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, follow up techniques. Provide the business team with information on clients’ requests, insights, and communications. • Develop client relationships. • Work with international and domestic affiliates. Participate in biweekly status meetings with the team to review project pipeline and important activities. • Participate in calls with clients to get involved in projects and better support the account team. Account Coordination: • Be an interdepartmental coordination specialist (liaison with Development, Customer Care, Operations, Planning and QC). Col-laborate with the regional teams around the world to support global business. • Maintain shipment tracking system. Organize product base & packaging arrivals and project assignment. • Update files and manage data systems (IBIS, Sales Office, SST-sales & budget reports, Client data, Labrador, PCDM). Create and keep up-to-date brand and fragrance portfolios. • Coordinate schedules and key meetings. Lead small projects related to several clients. You?
