Commercial Contractor seeks a well-organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Office Administrator with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Applicant must be proficient in QuickBooks Online/PRO and Microsoft Suites.

**Responsibilities**:

- General office administration
- Customer contact
- Assisting in project coordination, tracking, scheduling, and daily field reports.
- Payroll and employee administration (HR admin), manage employee files.
- Contract drafting, proofing and scheduling.
- Accounts Receivables, AIA billing and other invoicing
- Subcontractor and Client agreements and insurance certificates

**Qualifications**:

- Highly motivated and results oriented, with excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Shows integrity and discretion when presented with confidential and sensitive scenarios.
- Familiar with insurance processes including audits and Certificates of Insurance when working with both Subcontractors and Commercial Property Clients.
- Experience with a variety of construction field forms processing, including AIA client billing, A/R, A/P, labor costing, payroll and job cost tracking.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and follow up skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility with work times based on peak loads and construction schedules.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing needs within a small office environment.
- Able to seek out and implement new software & processes.
- Must have experience with QuickBooks Online/Pro accounting software and Microsoft suites.

Pay Range - $18 to $22 hourly.
