If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Proven Behavior Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Support Specialist to join our team.

At Proven Behavior Solutions, we pride ourselves on being experts in our field with a passion for serving the Autism community. Our clinical team is made up of highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech and Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), proficient in using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to change the lives of children and teens with ASD and their families.

**GENERAL SUMMARY**

As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of one of our clinical centers. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for both our staff and patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a multi-disciplinary healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized and accurate records, including patient information, schedules, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

**Appointment Scheduling**:

- Assist the Scheduling team with managing patient appointments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure smooth appointment logistics.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to parents, guardians, and visitors by greeting visitors, checking-in/out clients, accepting deliveries, and answering phones.
- Assist in creating a welcoming and child-friendly environment in the office.

**Billing and Insurance Assistance**:

- Support billing processes by assisting with data entry and scanning.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other team members to achieve common goals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture.
- Assist with other administrative functions such as new client intake, records management and billing

**PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Associate’s degree or equivalent course work preferred
- Proven experience in office support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Applications Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Suite, and office equipment.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.

**WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to occasionally lift materials or equipment weighing up to 25 lbs; lift and arrange meeting room chairs, folding tables, flip charts, projectors, video recorder, boxes of supplies, etc.
- Ability to perform regular office duties

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
