**Important: This is a small but global tech start-up culture - similar to Amazon, we have a fast-paced Day one culture. The ability to work independently and critically analyze operations to come up with recommendations is critical.**
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Vehicle Fleet Coordination**
- Oversee and coordinate daily vehicle operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Act as a liaison between drivers and maintenance technicians to ensure effective communication and collaboration regarding vehicle usage and requirements.
- Monitor vehicle performance and utilization, identifying areas for improvement.
**2. Resource Management**
- Manage and allocate vehicle resources effectively to meet operational needs and maximize revenues.
- Create metrics in place to measure, monitor and evaluate driver satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of vehicle parts and services.
- Maintain inventory levels of vehicle parts and manage procurement processes.
**3. Process Improvement**
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency related to vehicle management.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vehicle operations to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to processes and standards.
**4. Data Management and Reporting**
- Collect, analyze, and report vehicle operational data to management.
- Prepare and present reports on vehicle performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization rates.
- Use data to make informed decisions and support strategic planning.
**5 Support and Training**
- Provide onboarding and vehicle training and support to drivers on vehicle operation processes and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding of new drivers ensuring they are familiar with vehicle operational protocols.
- Address and resolve operational issues and concerns related to vehicles in a timely manner.
**6. Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure compliance with all vehicle-related regulations and standards.
- Identify potential risks related to vehicle operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and update risk management documentation for vehicle operations.
7: Work with a global team of programmers, analysts and marketing personnel to execute a global strategy.
