**Summary**
- Under direct supervision of the Count Drop Team (CDT) Manager, oversees Supervisor, Leads and count drop team members. Ensures compliance with internal controls, monitors and verifies accuracy of process documentation. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Must be able and willing to carry out the CDT Assistant Manager duties efficiently
- Monitor all activities performed by the Count Drop Team (CDT).
- Carries Count Drop Team member duties when assigned by CDT Manager.
- Monitor, review and perform hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and performance evaluations of the count drop team.
- Implement workflow procedures based on direction from department Manager
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievements
- Must have quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Provide accurate note count to CDT Manager in order to monitor gaming devices activity
- Update/Review Soft Count Reports spreadsheets as needed
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair count room equipment.
- Assist CDT Manager with establishing goals and objectives for the count and drop teams.
- Assist CDT Supervisor and Leads with drop scheduling and meetings.
- Assist the CDT Supervisor and Leads with escorting vendors and technicians for repairs and resolutions of problems as needed.
- Assist CDT Drop Team Manager with monitoring and reviewing all finalization of gaming devices and kiosk count documentation.
- Assist the CDT Manager with reviewing all recommended changes to policies and procedures.
- Assist CDT Manager in with monitoring and reviewing drop and count investigating documentation for variances and out of the ordinary occurrences.
- Ensure a safe work environment for all count drop team personnel.
- Assist CDT Manager with monitoring and ensuring that procedures are followed while checking in or checking out sensitive keys.
- Ensure compliance with official policies, procedures and internal controls for soft counts.
- Assist the CDT Manager in ordering of supplies and items needed for day-to-day operations.
- Assist the CDT Manager with payroll
- Assist CDT Manager with monitoring and ensuring training for all count and drop team on policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality for all information
- Work closely with management and maintain good communication with management, team members and guests
- Assist the CDT Manager with monitoring the CDT leadership toward the team’s effort and accomplish related results as required
- Assist the CDT Manager in monitoring all Count Drop Team duties as needed
- Must be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**
- Assist hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
