As our Sales Support/Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for key customer accounts. Your main focus will be building relationships with the key accounts and providing day to day support by performing administrative tasks, answering customer questions, and utilizing the ERP system.

**_ Essential Functions:_**
- Communicate with key accounts daily via phone and text
- Call key accounts to assess their daily needs
- Assist key accounts with ordering, product codes, and specification sheets
- Direct customer concerns to the appropriate department
- Support order confirmation and changes in the ERP and customer portals
- Provide key accounts with inventory availability and delivery day support
- Adjust orders based on product availability
- Stay updated on key accounts and their requirements
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Get Fresh’s products
- Prepare reports as required
- Identify and pursue revenue opportunities by proposing and working on new products in collaboration with the CRO and CPO
- Fulfill other role-specific duties as assigned

**_Qualifications:_**
- Excellent telephone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and high attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of related experience in produce industry and customer service
- Legally able to work in the US
- Able to speak and write fluently in English

**_Work Schedule_**:

- Monday through Friday with after hours support
- Holidays are Mandatory
- Bartlett, IL location, this is an in-person position

**_Compensation:_**
- $55,000 Annual Salary
