Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales plan to achieve sales targets, focusing on prospecting, customer relationship management, market analysis, and pricing negotiations.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Spend 40% of your time on outbound prospecting, 30% on inbound inquiries, and the rest on account development and customer visits.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and track industry trends.
- Order Processing and Negotiations: Prepare competitive price quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure successful order processing.
- Sales Performance and Reporting: Maintain sales records and generate reports on performance and market insights.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience. 1 year of outbound prospecting experience or 1 year of experience at WSMM.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 10%-20% for customer field visits.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
