As an HR Administrator at PosiGen, you will be a valuable asset to our Human Resources You will help us maintain records, distribute badges, and work with the HR team to help our expanding employee base. You will review files, record data and occasionally run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential customers.

**This position will be located onsite at our St. Rose, LA office.**

**Essential Job Functions**
- Assist in employee record retention
- Verification of documents such as I9s
- Responsible for issuing, tracking, and updating both temporary as well as permanent security/ entrance badges for both Headquarters and other PosiGen Facilities
- Ordering additional security cards and supplies as needed
- Completes requested and assigned administrative responsibilities.
- Assists the Sr. HR Generalist in New Hire orientation
- Record retention of employee driver's licenses; requesting updated renewals and updating the records
- Create and publish monthly announcements for Birthdays and Anniversaries on the company intranet

- Ability to exercise independent problem-solving and decision-making with a high degree of initiative and self-coordination

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and quality and results-focused

- Capable of working independently with little to no guidance

**Education/Experience**
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to accurately type 45 words/minute

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
