Zhong Yong Management Inc is one of the largest real estate development companies in the Great LA area that mainly develops residential projects, and manages properties in residential and commercial. Our main projects are buying houses through trustee auction sale, building and renovating them, and finally selling them.
In joining our team, you have no worries for getting clients. Unlike other real estate brokerage, we provide basic salary and commission. The company is looking for FULL TIME real estate salespersons who are required to be fluent in English, have strong comprehension skills, and have strong language communication skills. Attention to detail and analytical skills allow us to make the right decisions as quickly as possible. Have good multitasking and organizational skills. Mandarin or Spinach is a plus.
**Real estate sales agent qualifications**:
- Sales experience is required if you have no real estate experience
- Experience in real estate is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Preferred to be familiar with Transaction Coordinating
- Must be motivated and determined
- Must be fluent in English
- Chinese or Spanish is a plus
**Responsibilities of a Real Estate Salesperson**:
- Assisting in the coordination of residential and commercial property viewings
- Disseminating pertinent information to all staff and agents
- Maintaining an office calendar and scheduling meetings
- Manage leads in our CRM
- Complete daily tasks in CRM
- Pre-appointment planning with running area compensation
- Work with your personal business coordinator on a daily basis
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
