**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Business Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve goals and quotas.
- ** Sales Cycle Management**: Oversee the entire sales process from initial client contact to deal closure.
- ** Networking and Partnerships**: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through effective networking, converting them into long-term partnerships.
- ** Client Presentations**: Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective clients.
- ** After-Sales Support**: Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- ** Client Relations**: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- ** Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve client complaints, ensuring satisfaction and protecting the company’s reputation.
- ** Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate agreements and meticulously maintain records of sales and related data.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Manager, or in another sales/customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Business acumen, enthusiastic and passionate.
