**Responsibilities**:

- Performs daily outbound/inbound telesales to existing and prospective customers
- Ensures customer and colleague satisfaction is attained in every interaction
- Achieves specified volume of telesales actions, conversion rates and revenue targets
- Manages inbound customer inquiries, account onboarding and warranty matters
- Processes sales orders, order scheduling and ensures timely order fulfillment
- Works to upsell customers while handling inquiries and warranty matters
- Assists in the communication and coordination of rep materials, samples and requests
- Communicates sales trends in relation to inventory planning
- Utilizes CRM system accurately, as directed and innovatively to amplify selling success
- Assists in recommending and developing B2B marketing programs
- Participates in sales, marketing, inventory and other meetings as directed
- Attends trade shows as requested
- Responsible for accounts receivable collections for own accounts and as directed
- Regularly offers ideas to enhance company and product development
- Develops mission critical reports offering insights into hospitality product sales trends
- Monitors competitors and supplies insights and updates on their activities
- Offers ideas for and participates in product development and IP

- Proactively and positively brings business issues/problems to the attention of management
- Coordinates with other team members to ensure complete customer satisfaction, taking an active hands-on role wherever appropriate ensure this goal
- Set a positive, professional tone for the company environment, leading by example and bringing out the best in all people around them
- Continuously improve knowledge, job expertise and ability to excel in the position through active learning and regularly communicates and shares new knowledge with others

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years relevant B2B Sales Experience Required.
- Possess exceptional organization and detail orientation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborate openly and proactively with all team members.
- Travel as directed.

**Base Compensation**
- Base salary of $50,000 paid during the company's normal pay periods and adjusted on the employee’s anniversary date by cost-of-living as determined by the company. OTE with Commission and Bonus $122,000.00. Uncapped Commissions.

**Commission Plan**
- Commission paid on collected revenue resulting from customers where the AE made a substantial sales effort and as follows: 7% on all such revenue except a) when such revenue also is commissionable to a second party, the commission rate changes from 7% to 3.5% and/or b) when such revenue is a web order, stocking order, existing customer order, corporate order or other order that does not require substantial salesmanship, then no commission is due.
- For purposes of clarity, the AE sales commission is not payable for order taking, but when substantial salesmanship, follow-up and continued persistence is required to generate an order and the associated revenue. The VP of sales maintains final authority to assess and determine whether revenue is commissionable.
- Commission paid on the first available payroll period following VP of sales approval of commissions.
- Commission program may change based on company needs.
- Commission only paid during time of employment; no commission will be paid after termination or voluntary separation.

**Quarterly and Annual Bonus Plan**
- **Core product quarterly bonus**: If AE achieves $150,000 in collected revenue within a single calendar year quarter selling core products (e.g. Jan - Mar, Apr - Jun, etc.), bonus paid is $2,000; if AE achieves $200,000 in collected revenue selling core products within a single calendar year quarter, the AE receives an additional $2,000 bonus.
- **Core product annual bonus**: If AE achieves $600,000 in collected revenue within a single calendar year selling core products, (e.g., Jan - Dec) they will qualify for a $6,000 bonus; if AE achieves $750,000 in collected revenue selling core products within a single calendar year, the AE will qualify for an additional $5,000 bonus.
- The VP of Sales maintains final authority to assess and determine whether bonus is payable.
- Bonus paid on the first available payroll period following VP of Sales approval of bonus.
- Bonus programs may change based on company needs.
- Bonus only paid during time of employment; no commission will be paid after termination or voluntary separation.
