**Position Summary**
- Acts as the operations manager for department events and sports competitions. Share in the supervision and maintenance of facilities and events.**Conditions of Employment**

- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in facility/event management.
- Organizational, administrative and computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database, preferably Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of the fiscal/budgetary process of managing facilities and events.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others using strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the care and maintenance of outdoor athletic facilities, including natural grass and artificial turf fields.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in collegiate athletics or higher education.
- Experience in the care and maintenance of outdoor athletic facilities, including natural grass and artificial turf fields.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
