**Position Title: Supervisor / Special Project Agent**

Charlie Mike Protective Services is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Supervisor/Special Project Agent. We are in search of someone dependable, proactive, and dynamic, capable of guiding and supporting our newer agents while maintaining the high professional standards we uphold.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a secure working environment during Hostile Terminations and instances of workplace violence.
- Conduct investigations and compile detailed reports.
- Act as a liaison with local law enforcement agencies.
- Safeguard and patrol sensitive areas.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Travel to vendor sites to provide assistance to assigned agents, ensuring adherence to duties and documenting interactions (Transportation provided).
- Ensure timely completion of reports by agents before the end of their shifts and offer assistance as necessary.
- Provide coverage for shifts as required in case of unexpected staffing shortages.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a valid Arizona DPS Armed and Unarmed Guard Card.
- Minimum of five (5) years of security experience with supervisory responsibilities and/or three (3) years of experience in law enforcement/military.

Hourly Rate:
Starting at $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
