**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Oversee billing processes, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and assist with AR and AP functions.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports using Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and charts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with routing client inquiries to appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating company events, meetings, and presentations.
- Support the finance team with routine accounting tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Troubleshoot and resolve administrative and client-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Solid accounting experience, specifically with billing, AR, and AP.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex reports, perform data analysis, and use pivot tables and charts.
- Excellent social and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software technologies quickly and train others.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve administrative and client-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
