HR Generalist

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist with onboarding processes
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and data collection
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity, Oracle, and for HR operations
- Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, interviewing, and selection processes
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Support human capital management initiatives within the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Familiarity with HRIS software such as Paycor is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Experience with lever or similar recruiting platforms is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
