**What You Will Do**:
**Office Administrator Responsibilities**:
Filing and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain organized filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of office-related records.

Supply Ordering:

- Manage the procurement of office supplies, ensuring an adequate stock.
- Coordinate with vendors to order necessary office materials.

Administrative Support:

- Assist in general administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.

**Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities**:
**Onsite Calibration Scheduling**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling onsite calibrations.
- Collaborate with laboratory team leads and customers for accurate scheduling.

Customer Support (Facilities):

- Provide support during onsite service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Act as a liaison between customers, the customer service team, and laboratory team leads.

Documentation and Billing (Facilities):

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of onsite packets for billing purposes.
- Track and monitor onsite paperwork for timely production and billing.

Schedule and Logistics (Facilities):

- Manage internal scheduling calendars for cohesive team priorities.
- Monitor schedule compliance, assess risks, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Track and manage company vehicle usage for onsite activities.

Communication (Facilities):

- Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Assist in communicating onsite calibration requests and updates to customers.

**Required Education/Skills and Experience**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years of proven office experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a Scheduler
- Proficiency in Microsoft based products (word and excel)
- Type 40+ wpm
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong at problem solving and perform basic math
- Ability to work well with others as well as alone with mínimal supervision
- Good response to challenges posed by short deadlines
- Good command of English language both oral and written
- Other duties as they are assigned
