Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Associate Procurement Agent** to join our dynamic PC Closeout Execution team in **Arlington, Virginia, Berkeley, Missouri, Houston, Texas, Huntsville, Alabama, Mesa, Arizona, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, San Antonio, Texas, or Titusville, Florida**
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Performs PC Closeout activities on high priority purchase contract closeouts.
- Implement standardized processes, utilize technology solutions, and foster collaboration across teams, to reduce the number of priority Prime Contracts with open Purchase Contracts.
- Managing efforts based on contractual / business priorities in accordance with PRO-7110 requirements, established guidelines, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements, and contract timeframes.
- Partner with Supply Chain Business (SCb) teams to manage Prime Contract closeout tasks.

**Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements**:
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. **To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. -120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
- 1+ years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1+ years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts.
- 1+ years of experience with proposal management or contract exposure with the US Department of Defense.
- 1+ years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
- 1+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA).
**Typical Education/Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
