**Job Title: Security Supervisor**

**Compensation**: $30-32 per hour

**Hours**: 33-44 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage a team of security agents, ensuring all duties are performed to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to ensure the safety and security of the site.
- Monitor and control access to the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing the appropriate level of response.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel, management, and external partners.
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Implement and follow all security protocols and procedures.
- Train and mentor security staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their duties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Law Enforcement or Military Experience is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, observational, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Must have a valid guard card and any other required permits.
- Availability to work 33-44 hours per week, including potential night shifts.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly wage of $30-32.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, and Acupuncture are available after a 90-day (full-time) probation period.
- 401K available after 9 months of full-time employment.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 44 per week
